Child and Adolescent Counseling
Child and Adolescent Counseling empowers the individual by building on his or her interests and gifts. Through counseling, relationships between child and parent, child and sibling, and child and school are strengthened. Sessions are tailored to the needs of the individual while keeping a therapeutic focus of health as the foundation.
Family Counseling
Family Counseling sessions look to the specific needs of each family member and support the family to establish healthy boundaries both within and outside of the family unit. Goals may include: meeting individual needs; valuing playfulness; coaching communication; healthy relating; focusing on attunement and regulation; and healthy refinement of structure.
Adult Counseling
Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to certain situations. In sessions, you’ll learn about acceptance and how to exert your power of choice over whatever life may throw at you.
Parent Coaching Session
Parent Coaching Session helps build confidence in the parent role. The session can introduce and refine skills for successful, happy parenting. Sessions focus on supporting parent(s) as the leaders in a healthy and connected family.
Marriage/Relationship Counseling
Marriage and Relationship Counseling supports the goals of each individual within the context of the relationship. Relationship counseling aids in developing healthy relating and expectations from one another as well as from the relationship itself.
We all need support at various points in our lives...
Hope begins in the dark, the stubborn hope that if you just show up and try to do the right thing, the dawn will come. You wait and watch and work: you don't give up.
